After a thorough market analysis, we identified the most profitable targets for launching the brand and determined our customer profile based on meticulously processed data. The primary focus of TheVELAR™ is on women aged 21 to 54 — this segment is characterized by high purchasing capacity and a tendency for both impulsive and conscious purchasing decisions. Other age categories are also part of our audience, but at this stage, we are focused on maximizing the efficiency of investments and minimizing risks.

Every time a customer buys a product, they’ll also receive a digital asset — an NFT token, which they can later use for accumulating, investing, and trading, of course.
Every NFT token is unique, which increases customers’ desire to buy more and more.
The value of each NFT token is based on its uniqueness, which drives the audience to accumulate, trade, or exchange tokens, keeping them engaged with our ecosystem.
Like any cryptocurrency asset, our NFT token can be exchanged for traditional currency.
Following the official NFT launch through IDO, every customer of TheVELAR™ who owns our NFT, and any crypto investor who purchases the token on the marketplace, will be able to accumulate, trade, and just sell their assets. Interest Rate: Fixed rate of 15% per annum
Investment Term: 12 months
Investors will begin receiving interest payments once the company generates distributable profit, but not earlier than six months after their initial investment. Interest payments will be made on a monthly basis, starting in the 6th month, and will continue throughout the 12-month investment period. At the end of the 12-month period, each investor will receive a final interest payment, which will total 15% per annum on the amount of their investment, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Additionally, upon the completion of the investment round, approximately 15-18 months (on 5-6 quarter) from the brand’s launch, a selection process will be held to choose a strategic partner among the investors, with the distribution of shares in TheVELAR™.
IMPORTANT: The selection of the future strategic partner will primarily depend on their level of involvement in the business, ensuring equal opportunities for all investors, regardless of the amount of their investments. The size of the strategic partner’s equity stake will be determined based on their usefulness and engagement in the business. The date of the strategic partner selection will be announced on our social media.
The final interest payment for the strategic partner will also be made at the end of the 12-month investment period. However, the principal amount of their investment may remain on the company’s balance sheet and will be factored into the distribution of equity among company stakeholders. Future compensation for the strategic partner will depend on the size of their equity stake in TheVELAR™.
For other investors, the principal amount of their investment will be returned at the end of 12 months from the date of their initial investment, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
To achieve the set goals and successfully launch the TheVELAR™ brand, we are focused on attracting a strategic partner from among the investors. This partner will not only participate in the funding but will also become an essential part of the company’s long-term growth and development.

As we work toward successful garment production, we recognize the key risks that could affect product quality and process efficiency. However, leveraging our extensive experience and cutting-edge technologies, we take proactive steps to mitigate these risks.
1. The Partner Assembly Line:
We’ve chosen to partner with external production facilities for streamlined garment production. This strategic move helps us significantly reduce costs, minimize human errors, and avoid issues that could disrupt the production process. It provides us with the flexibility to manage risks effectively and adapt to changes across multiple production sites with minimal impact on efficiency
2. Automated Design with CAD Systems:
We use computer-aided design (CAD) systems to efficiently manage every stage of collection development. This technology minimizes the need for a large staff, eliminates potential errors associated with manual design processes, and accelerates the overall production cycle.
3. Laser Cutting:
We use advanced laser cutting machines that work with pre-designed patterns created in our CAD system. This method ensures the elimination of human error, improves cutting accuracy, and significantly reduces waste. Not only does it improve quality, but it also increases economic efficiency by increasing speed and reducing material costs.
4. Economic Efficiency and Risk Minimization:
We believe that the use of automated technologies and partner production facilities significantly minimizes risks across all stages of production. This approach has already proven successful in practice, and we observe its effectiveness in reducing costs and enhancing product quality.
